  • Care Management: Use of educational, phone-based, and Web resources to help patients become more involved in the management of chronic illnesses such as asthma, chronic pain, obesity and more
  • E-prescribing: The ability of telemedicine physicians to prescribe  medications electronically in combination with thorough Telemedicine Consultations and full medical record requirements and having those prescriptions electronically routed to participating pharmacies for local pickup or next day home delivery by mail
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR): A secure electronic compilation of a patient’s health record including digitized medical reports, notes, lab test results, medications, allergies, etc. in one web based location accessible and updatable anytime from any encrypted  browser by the patient or their physicians
  • Home Care Telemedicine: Use of a phone, Internet and/or Telemedicine devices for conducting "video visits" between health care professionals and patients who receive these services while in their own homes
